Multi-brand capability

Our workshop runs TEXA multi-brand diagnostic systems, which cover every major van manufacturer. Whether it’s a Ford Transit with a DPF regeneration failure, a Mercedes Sprinter throwing AdBlue warnings, or a Vauxhall Movano with an intermittent misfire — we have the software and the knowledge to diagnose it properly.

MAN TGE and VW Group specialists

As an official MAN Service Partner, we have access to MAN’s own diagnostic platform for the TGE range. Since the MAN TGE shares its electronics with the VW Crafter (both built on the VW Group MQB platform), this gives us deep access to the vehicle’s ECUs — including the engine management, transmission control, ABS/ESP, comfort systems, and the increasingly complex emissions control systems (SCR, DPF, EGR).

Common van faults we diagnose

Engine management light (EML) warnings, DPF blockages and failed regenerations, AdBlue quality and dosing faults, EGR valve failures, turbocharger issues, injector faults, glow plug failures, ABS and traction control warnings, electrical gremlins, and intermittent faults that other garages couldn’t pin down.
