Van Repairs
From brake pads to engine rebuilds — full mechanical and electrical repair services for vans of every make.
Whatever’s broken, we’ll sort it
Vans work hard. They cover serious mileage, carry heavy loads, and they’re rarely driven gently. When something wears out or breaks, you need it fixed properly and quickly — because every day off the road costs money.
Mechanical repairs
Our technicians handle the full range of mechanical repairs across all van makes. That includes brake discs, pads, and callipers; clutch replacement and dual-mass flywheel work; manual and automated gearbox repairs; suspension components — springs, shock absorbers, anti-roll bar links; steering racks, track rod ends, and power steering systems; wheel bearings, CV joints, and driveshafts; cooling systems, water pumps, thermostats, and radiators; turbocharger replacement and reconditioning; and engine work from head gaskets through to full rebuilds.
Electrical repairs
Modern vans are packed with electronics. We trace and repair wiring faults, replace alternators and starter motors, diagnose central locking and immobiliser issues, and fix lighting and sensor faults — including the increasingly common issues with parking sensors, reversing cameras, and lane departure systems.
MAN TGE warranty work
As a MAN-authorised workshop, we carry out warranty-approved repairs on MAN TGE vans using genuine MAN parts. This means your warranty stays intact and the repair meets factory standards.
